I hope I'm posting this in the right place.
This is my original character. I also plan to do a cannon one too, but I'm still deciding which one so I just got my OC out of the way. I also have another OC named Josephine but I'll do her's later.

Character Name: Claire Verity Normand
Aliases: Claire
Special Abilities: Good at finding clues and figuring out cases. Has a knack for solving mysteries.
Profession: Currently unemployed.
Skills: Good at finding things out for cases, good at finding evidence.
Weaknesses: In her own little world, hard to communicate with, unorganized, hard to understand. Very nosy, asks a lot of questions that seem irrelevant.
Special Note: Has murdered three people but isn't dangerous anymore. It's a sensitive subject. She also walks with a limp due to a nerve injury in her right leg.
Age: 31
Gender: Female
Description: Wavy black hair that curls at the ends, average height, pointy cheek bones, big smile, average weight.
Clothing Style/Uniform: A white bathrobe over her hospital clothes. Her hospital clothes consist of a baggy t-shirt and a skirt. She also has a leg bandage where her nerve injury is.
Family: Two dead parents.
Personality: At a first glance, she seems like a complete nutjob. She's hard to understand and makes some people feel very uncomfortable with some of the things she asks. After getting to know her though, she's very helpful... Or at least tries to be. If you ask her to find something for you, she'll eventually find it and then tell you the story of how she found it whether you want to hear it or not. It's hard to determine what qualities she likes about people, but as long as you don't lie and tell her you're out to deliver the truth, she'll be nice to you.
Quirks: A bit crazy, but not crazy enough to be dangerous (Unless you get on her bad side, then she'll bite you). She has a small twitch. She walks with a limp and she carries around her notes in her pockets. Sometimes hums her own theme music.
Likes: Chocolate, writing notes about almost everything, going through people's things, finding out the truth about things, asking questions.
Dislikes: When people try to conceal the truth, people who call her crazy, people who try and control her, lies.
History: As a child, her parents became obsessed with turning Claire into a "Beauty Queen". They controlled everything that happened to her, who she hung out with, how she acted in public, how she dressed, and pretty much everything else. She just had to sit there and accept it. She won many pageants, and if she lost any, her parents would punish her severely. Eventually, when she reached the age of 20, she killed her parents in a fit of rage after finally snapping. She was admitted into Thorney Towers for a few years. While there, she befriended a younger Boyd who told her about "the truth". This idea grew in her head and she eventually became obsessed with it. She was moved after the asylum was abandoned to a newer one far away. It was here she met Josephine and Kelly. When that asylum was burned down, she, Josephine, and Kelly made their escape back to civilization. The three of them currently live at Claim Research Facility, an old research facility that was used to study the psitanium deposits in the area. Claire occasionally leaves to search for clues and evidence to her growing "murder mystery".

Roleplay Sample:
Claire opened the doors of the building as quietly as she could so as not to wake any of the residents of the research facility. As she tip-toed out, a few pieces of paper with scribbles on them fell out of the pockets of her bathrobe. She seemed as though she was pretending she were in spy film for she was humming her own theme music. She saw a frog right outside the building turning invisible every time it croaked. Claire took out a small notepad and began to furiously take notes
"The specimen seems to be disappearing every time it croaks... It then reappears when it has finished... Perhaps this is due to irregular light patterns which are caused by this insufferable fog..." she said quietly to herself. She seemed to be saying everything she was writing down out loud, "Or maybe it's the fact that there's a large glowing thing right next to it... I will continue to follow the frog-like animal until I figure something out..."
She then sat very closely to the frog and watched it intently. he frog looked up at her with a vacant stare and croaked, turning invisible yet again. Claire poked it with her pencil and it hopped to the side.
"Intriguing..." said Claire as she narrowed her eyes.
